Once trust is achieved, the next challenge is to maintain it, and this can be done by consistently treating them well.

4. Always make your subscribers feel that your eZine is valuable by continuously giving the something of noteworthy value. This may be the information you’re sharing, or the bonuses you are gratuitously providing or them.

5. Try to build relationships with your subscribers. Assure them that they could always contact you with their concerns, and act accordingly. When they do approach you, try to help them out to the best of your abilities. A few minutes of your time would be a worthy investment to win a faithful customer.

Ezines have become an indispensable tool for many online businesses today. With all the promising things an electronic magazine makes possible, it is clear that this is truly a profitable strategy very much worth taking.
